How to Download Our Products

Most mobile devices limit direct downloads (especially ZIP/large PDFs). For best results, download on a laptop/desktop first.

After purchase

• Digital products: you’ll receive an email from support@poddesignlab.com with your download link and a confirmation-screen link.
• Courses/masterclasses: a separate access email will be sent to you.

ZIP files

On laptop/desktop

1. Save the ZIP file.
2. Windows: Right-click → “Extract All.” Mac: double-click to unzip.
3. Open the new folder. Optionally upload to iCloud/Dropbox/Drive for mobile access.

On mobile

1. Install a free unzip app (e.g., FileExplorer, WinZip, iZip).
2. Long-press the ZIP → “Extract” or “Open in…” the unzip app.

PDF viewer

If you need a reader, install Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Can’t find the file?

• Check your Downloads folder or use search on your device.
• Re-open the link from your confirmation email.

We can’t provide device-specific troubleshooting. If your download link is broken or a file is corrupted, email support@poddesignlab.com within 7 days.
